Title: Global Events Contractor
Location: Morrisville, NC (Onsite/Travel Required)
Duration: 6+ Month Contract
Role Summary
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of global trade shows, conferences, and marketing events. Manage event logistics, stakeholder communication, vendors, budgets, event assets, and post-event reporting while driving brand visibility and attendee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute global events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and partners.
- Manage event logistics, product shipments, event assets, and schedules.
- Track budgets, resources, and vendor deliverables.
- Support event reporting, performance metrics, and post-event recaps.
- Enhance attendee engagement and brand presence.
- Support domestic and international events.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of event management experience (corporate, marketing, trade show, or agency environment).
- Experience managing large-scale events and conferences.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with vendors, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with event management tools (Captello, Cvent, etc.).
- Technology industry experience.
- Experience supporting global events across multiple regions and time zones.
