Title: Global Events Contractor
Location: Morrisville, NC (Onsite/Travel Required)
Duration: 6+ Month Contract

Role Summary

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of global trade shows, conferences, and marketing events. Manage event logistics, stakeholder communication, vendors, budgets, event assets, and post-event reporting while driving brand visibility and attendee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute global events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and partners.
  • Manage event logistics, product shipments, event assets, and schedules.
  • Track budgets, resources, and vendor deliverables.
  • Support event reporting, performance metrics, and post-event recaps.
  • Enhance attendee engagement and brand presence.
  • Support domestic and international events.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of event management experience (corporate, marketing, trade show, or agency environment).
  • Experience managing large-scale events and conferences.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and PowerPoint presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with vendors, agencies, and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with event management tools (Captello, Cvent, etc.).
  • Technology industry experience.
  • Experience supporting global events across multiple regions and time zones.
