Global Events Marketing Manager

GLOBAL EVENTS MARKETING MANAGER
$30-34/Hour - REMOTE
CONTRACT (3 MONTHS TO START WITH STRONG POTENTIAL TO EXTEND)

Imprimis Group is seeking a Global Events Marketing Manager to support a global client with their marketing strategy and execution of high-profile global events across multiple regions and audiences. This individual will serve as a key liaison between stakeholders, event leaders, marketing teams, and creative partners to develop compelling campaigns that drive engagement and event registrations.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in event marketing, campaign management, stakeholder engagement, and creative brief development. Success in this role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, build trusted relationships, and translate event concepts into effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead marketing efforts for multiple global events simultaneously from launch through registration and event execution.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, event leaders, and executive-level audiences to understand event goals, target audiences, and key messaging.
• Develop and manage creative briefs, marketing plans, event communications, promotional content, and campaign timelines.
• Collaborate with creative and communications teams to support website content, email campaigns, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Drive event registration strategies through thoughtful audience targeting, campaign planning, and communication execution.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple departments and geographic regions.
• Maintain marketing schedules, project timelines, and campaign deliverables.
• Support event websites, registration platforms, and communication channels while ensuring content remains current and aligned.
• Track campaign activity, registration performance, and marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience with a strong focus on event marketing, campaign management, or program marketing.
• Experience supporting multiple events, campaigns, or initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with executives, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience creating and managing creative briefs and collaborating with design and communications teams.
• Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate ideas into actionable marketing plans.
• Experience supporting global organizations, international stakeholders, executive education programs, conferences, or member-based organizations is highly preferred.
• Experience with Cvent, Salesforce, ClickUp, Marketing Cloud, Smartsheet, Basecamp, Hive, or similar platforms is a plus.
