This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking to grow in an international company environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) transactionsPerform invoice validation, matching, and payment processingAssist with cash application and bank reconciliationsSupport month-end and year-end closing activitiesMaintain organized financial records and documentationPrepare basic financial reports and assist with audit requirementsCollaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracyThis role may require flexibility to support evolving business and operational needsQualifications1–3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, administrative, or coordination rolesBachelor's degree preferredStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and international environmentMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
