Summary The request for this Logistics position is driven by the need to strengthen our focus on cost efficiency while preparing the organization for future transformation. The creation of a holistic, accurate, and real-time view of true cost by combining multiple data sources and inputs will be a priority. From a cost perspective, Logistics plays a critical role in identifying savings opportunities, improving planning accuracy, and optimizing end-to-end processes. Having dedicated action in this area will allow us to proactively control logistics expenses, increase operational efficiency, and ensure more effective decision-making in a business environment of increasing complexity and cost pressure.

Key Responsibilities Support the creation of logistics cost transparency. Optimize performance across the Americas & Pacific region and deliver a validated savings pipeline with clear ROI. Integrate with S&OP to align demand, supply, and logistics, reduce premium freight, expedite through planning discipline. Standardize and improve processes, SOPs, SLAs.
Requirements Minimum bachelors degree. Industrial - Supply Chain MBA or similar track preferred. Technically competent. Demonstrated entrepreneurial and innovative mindset and experience. International and cross-cultural experiences from working, studying, living, and/or traveling extensively abroad. Maximum 2 years of working experience after a bachelors degree. Full professional working proficiency in English and preferably one more language. You can start on or before September 1st, 2026. Eligible to work in the US.
Logistics Cost ability to identify, quantify, and deliver logistics cost savings while maintaining service levels. End-to-end Optimization. Strong capability to optimize planning, transportation, warehousing, and order-to-delivery processes across regions.
Planning & Execution Discipline. Improves planning accuracy, reduces premium freight, and enables data-driven tradeoffs between cost and service.
