Partner Development Manager (PDM) – Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) Independent Software Vendor (ISV)We are seeking an experienced Partner Development Manager to own the full partner relationship lifecycle for HCLS ISV partners across the Americas. In this role, you will manage relationships from recruitment and onboarding through capability development, go-to-market execution, and revenue growth, driving market expansion through co-sell motions, joint marketing campaigns, AWS Marketplace acceleration, and collaborative business planning with sales and industry teams.Key Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute joint business plans with partners, defining revenue targets, growth initiatives, target customer segments, and go-to-market strategies.Drive partner enrollment and progression through AWS programs including ISV Accelerate, Competency Programs, and AI/Agentic AI Specialization.Validate program eligibility and guide partners through ACE pipeline, AWS Marketplace, and Foundational Technical Review (FTR) requirements.Create enablement plans that drive partner adoption of certification and program requirements, coordinating with Partner Solution Architects for technical enablement.Lead regular business reviews to maximize partner revenue potential, including cross-selling, upselling, and tier advancement.Execute joint marketing campaigns with partners, including account-based marketing, to generate leads, build pipeline, and drive partner-led revenue through co-sell motions.Drive AWS Marketplace Private Offer (MPPO) volume and partner-driven AWS consumption growth while collaborating with Partner Marketing Managers on Joint Marketing Plans and MDF planning and execution.Promote the partner value proposition both internally and externally, coordinating with cross-functional teams to secure resources and support for partner initiatives.Support partner sales opportunities through deal strategy, proposals, contract negotiations, funding, and customer presentations.Day in the LifeThis role operates within a collaborative framework alongside several key teams: Partner Solution Architects (PSA), Partner Marketing Managers (PMM), AWS Account Managers (AM), and Industry Business Development.
