Global Head HR Information Systems

In the Group Funtions, we support the market-oriented divisions with central services. We work together today on the solutions for tomorrow - in close cooperation with our customers and always with high quality standards.
What you will do:
- Lead the global HRIS function, owning the HRIS landscape roadmap, governance, and day-to-day operations while providing strategic direction and hands-on expertise alongside a small support team.
- Oversee the administration and optimisation of SuccessFactors and other key HR Systems, ensuring global consistency across configurations, workflows, security, business rules, and core modules, while personally supporting complex system changes and issue resolution.
- Drive HR data integrity, reporting, and system performance, ensuring reliable global HR data, reporting capabilities, integrations, and continuous improvement across the HR technology landscape.
- Partner with HR, IT and external vendors globally to prioritise initiatives, manage system enhancements, resolve critical issues, oversee releases, and ensure successful delivery of projects and ongoing support.
- Lead change, governance, and continuous improvement, establishing best practices, managing release cycles, coordinating testing, documenting changes, and ensuring the HRIS function delivers an exceptional user experience across the organisation.
What you bring:
- Proven experience leading or owning a global HRIS environment, with deep hands-on expertise across SuccessFactors (especially Employee Central and additional SuccessFactors modules).
- Strong background in HRIS leadership, balancing strategic ownership with the ability to remain operational and support complex technical and functional issues when required.
- Demonstrated expertise in SuccessFactors configuration, security, integrations, reporting, data governance, release management, and HR technology best practices.
- Experience managing global stakeholders and external vendors, with the ability to influence senior HR and IT leaders while coordinating priorities across regions.
- A collaborative, analytical, and solution-oriented leadership style, with excellent communication, project management, and continuous improvement skills, and the ability to lead a lean team while remaining actively involved in delivery.
