Global HR Manager

Onsite Mansfield, TX

Excellent opportunity for an experienced, hands-on HR Manager/Generalist to join a growing industrial services organization supporting multiple locations across the U.S. and Canada.

Key Highlights:

• Lead day-to-day HR operations and employee support

• Manage recruiting, onboarding and the employee lifecycle

• Handle employee relations, performance management and manager coaching

• Support benefits, leave administration, payroll and HR compliance

• Maintain HRIS data, reporting and HR processes

• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, engagement and retention

• Help standardize and improve HR practices across multiple locations

• Some travel to U.S. and Canadian locations

Ideal Background:

• 7+ years of progressive HR Generalist/HR Management experience

• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws

• Experience supporting Canadian HR/employment requirements

• Hands-on Paylocity or similar HRIS/payroll experience

• Industrial, manufacturing, construction or service industry experience strongly preferred

• Multi-site HR experience highly desirable

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and HR experience
