You'll make an impact by:ID Card Services Management: Global Management of SRE ID Card offices , overseeing the global production and supply of Siemens ID cards, ensuring they meet governance standards, branding, and security policiesManaging relationships with internal LRAs and external vendors for card printing and encoding processesMonitoring service performance, including production volumes, lead times, quality issues, and operational costsEnsuring compliance with data protection regulations, identity verification, and physical security requirementsDeveloping and optimizing card production procedures, workflows, and governance controls to improve efficiencyProviding training and guidance to local teams and stakeholders involved in ID card issuanceOrchestrate global card lifecycle management (ordering process)Access Control Oversight: Supervising Siemens' access control services delivered by Smart Infrastructure (SI), ensuring compliance with contract requirementsMonitoring service performance, addressing quality issues, and optimizing operational costsDefining and enhancing access control policies, workflows, and governance standards to ensure consistencyActing as a touchpoint for innovation by identifying and integrating advanced security technologies, supported by blueprints for Siemens' environmentProviding training, guidance, and technical support to local teams for access control implementation and managementStandardization and Innovation: Driving the alignment of security services globally by promoting cohesive policies and introducing innovative solutionsIdentifying new technologies to improve ID and access systems, creating industry-leading security standards at SiemensReporting on operational improvements, compliance risks, and strategic opportunities to senior stakeholdersGlobal Collaboration: Facilitating effective communication and collaboration with Hub Security Leads, customers, and suppliers across multiple regionsSupporting local and regional teams to handle day-to-day operational tasks while maintaining a standardized global governance frameworkBuilding strong relationships with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service deliveryThis is how you'll win us over:Education: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Security Engineering, Security management or a related field.
