Key Responsibilities:- Processing intercompany orders for EDI or manual entry.
- Confirming purchase orders.
- Maintaining orders according to business rules, including dating and splitting lines.
- Releasing order blocks to facilitate shipment.
- Processing customer returns, credits, and rebills.
- Preparing and distributing export documents such as invoices, AWB, and COC.
- Ensuring adherence to export regulations and guidelines.
- Providing backup support to team members.
- Performing other duties as needed to support team operations.
- Serving as the single point of contact for intercompany shipments.
- Communicating proactively and accurately with stakeholders.
- Collaborating with supply planning to secure inventory for intercompany customers.
- Ensuring products are registered in the destination country.
- Arranging cost-effective transportation that meets customer requirements.
- Preparing and distributing export documentation.
- Supporting red and white shipments.
- Ensuring compliance with export regulations.
- Processing returns and customer credits efficiently.
- Adhering to IATA regulations for dangerous goods shipments.
- Assisting in preparing reports as required.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years experience in supply chain, logistics, or related fields.
- Experience with ERP systems, especially SAP, is highly desirable.
- Background in medical devices or healthcare supply chain is a plus.
- SAP experience and familiarity with the medical device industry preferred.
- Experience working remotely and managing supply chain processes across borders.
- Knowledge of export/import regulations and dangerous goods handling (IATA compliance).
