    Description

    Head of Global ISV Marketing – AWSLeading the organization responsible for both direct and partner marketing strategy, planning and execution for independent software organizations (ISV) globally. This role develops and executes strategic, data-driven marketing programs to partner with and through partners to drive demand and revenue, managing partner coverage, joint marketing plans, MDF planning and approval processes. It oversees both partner-led and AWS-led demand generation programs via targeted motions like ABM and scale mechanisms. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience building, leading and developing large, complex marketing teams that grow customer demand globally.Key Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop, own and execute the Global ISV marketing plan including partner coverage, integration into AWS-led demand generation, MDF planning, and partner-led demand generation.Develop, own and execute the ABM plans to support partner growth strategies with customers.Hire and develop a team of partner marketing professionals and ABM specialists that plan and deliver partner demand generation programs including integrated campaigns, digital marketing and events.Partner closely with field marketing to ensure a unified marketing strategy across the Geo, specifically the development of account based marketing programs and scale strategies with partners.Work closely with the global partner and direct sales leaders to understand regional priorities and execute plans to drive opportunities and pipeline that can support them.Drive cross-functional collaboration with extended marketing teams (Digital Marketing, events, Field teams) to execute partner-led programs.Work with global and regional teams to share best practices and ensure alignment across different marketing efforts.Set goals, measure, and report outcomes to the internal business and external partner stakeholders.About the TeamPartner Marketing, a highly motivated global team at the heart of how AWS grows with and through its partner ecosystem.
