Description

Role Description The Director of Information Technology is a full-time, hybrid role with some flexibility for work from home. This role oversees the company's overall IT function, including strategic planning, governance, and alignment of technology initiatives with business objectives. Daily responsibilities include managing IT operations, leading infrastructure and system administration, and ensuring reliable, secure network environments. The Director will develop and implement IT policies and procedures, oversee vendor relationships, and manage budgets for hardware, software, and services. This role also leads cybersecurity efforts, risk assessments, and compliance activities, while mentoring IT staff, driving process improvements, and supporting digital tools that enable efficient recruiting and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in IT Management and IT Operations, including leadership of cross-functional technology teams and service delivery.
  • Strong foundation in Information Technology across infrastructure, systems, and applications, with hands-on experience in modern cloud and on-premise environments.
  • Proficiency in Network Security, including security architecture, incident response, risk management, and implementation of best practices and controls.
  • Ability to define and execute IT Strategy that aligns technology investments with business goals, growth plans, and operational efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
  • Experience designing and supporting systems for professional services or recruiting environments, including CRM or ATS platforms, is highly beneficial.
  • Proven track record in budget management, vendor negotiation, and technology procurement.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience leading change initiatives, implementing new tools, and driving process improvement in a growing organization.
  • SAP experience
