Key Responsibilities- Team Empowerment: Lead and mentor regional managers and their teams across outbound marketing, customer service, and sales support.
- Digital Strategy: Oversee SEO initiatives and 3rd-party vendors, utilizing analytics to ensure we are maximizing every global opportunity.
- Operational Excellence: Manage domestic and international trade shows and oversee the Social Media and Advertising Sales functions.
- Executive Collaboration: Work side-by-side with the President on service enhancements and senior-level communications.
