Support fast-moving product launches and expedited or overnight shipments.
Monitor shipments and communicate delays, risks, and updated delivery timelines.
Resolve customs holds, missing paperwork, carrier delays, and other shipment issues.
Work with carriers, customs brokers, vendors, warehouses, and internal teams.
Track shipments and operational updates using Monday.com and internal systems.
Use FedEx Advanced Shipment Tracking, UPS Quantum View, and other carrier platforms.
Maintain shipment records, vendor information, and logistics documents in SharePoint.
Support LTL, parcel, freight, warehouse, and distribution activities.
Schedule supplies and materials for vendors and touring teams.
Audit warehouse orders, inventory, shipment records, and advanced shipping notices.
Support vendor compliance, chargebacks, contracts, and required documentation.
Assist with logistics reporting, quality metrics, and process improvements.
Build strong relationships with vendors, transportation partners, and fulfillment centers.
Support special projects and cross-train with other members of the Operations team.

Skills:
  • 2-4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, order management, or a related area.
  • Domestic logistics experience; international logistics experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with parcel, LTL, freight, warehouse, or distribution operations.
  • Experience resolving customs, carrier, or shipment documentation issues is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of emails and updates.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and follow issues through completion.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with Monday.com is preferred.
  • Experience with FedEx Advanced Shipment Tracking or UPS Quantum View is a plus.
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, apparel, consumer products, entertainment, music merchandise, or touring is preferred.
