A Global Microsoft Engagement Lead owns the strategy, execution, and performance of high-impact global engagement initiatives that accelerate adoption, revenue, and growth across Microsoft cloud solution areas, including Cloud & AI Platforms, AI Workforce, and Security.
This global role serves as a senior point of engagement with executives, Microsoft leadership, and key internal and external stakeholders, leading complex, cross-regional initiatives that drive alignment, partner readiness, and consistent execution at scale. The role is accountable for shaping and managing $80M+ of strategic investments, overseeing a portfolio of global programs, establishing performance and ROI frameworks, and translating global priorities into measurable outcomes through end-to-end high impact engagements across regions.
Roles & Responsibilities
Own the development and execution of integrated global business plans, defining priority solution focus areas, engagement strategies, and investment models that directly influence revenue growth, adoption, and long-term strategic outcomes.
Lead a portfolio of global initiatives end-to-end, overseeing the design, launch, and scale of high-impact internal and external resources across regions while balancing speed, quality, and regional relevance.
Act as a senior point of engagement for Microsoft stakeholders, internal vendor leaders, and external partners, influencing priorities, driving alignment, and scaling initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.
Establish performance frameworks to assess execution effectiveness, ROI, and KPIs; synthesize insights into clear executive-level narratives to inform decisions, investment shifts, and strategic direction.
Shape and evolve partner-led engagement strategies across global markets, optimizing programs and digital execution models to reflect market maturity, partner capability, and growth opportunity.
Lead adoption and change management efforts for core Microsoft priorities, partnering with regional leaders to translate global strategy into sustained local execution and behavioral change.
Provide leadership across vendor, partner, technical, and regional teams to drive complex initiatives to completion, proactively resolving risks and ensuring consistently high-quality outcomes at scale.

Possess the strongest of skills acquired through advanced training, study and experience. Four year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field). Minimum 8 years functional experience including a minimum of 5 years position specific experience.
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,000.00 - $197,200.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
