Job Title: Global Mobility Coordinator
Location: 2 days onsite in Atlanta office - 756 W Peachtree St., Atlanta, GA 30308
Role Specific Responsibilities Include:
Position Summary
We are seeking a Global Mobility Coordinator (Contract) to support day-to-day immigration and relocation operations during a period of program transition and vendor consolidation. This role will help coordinate active mobility cases, maintain accurate records and reporting, support employee communications, and partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely service delivery.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
Immigration Coordination
Relocation & Mobility Operations
" Support domestic and international relocation activities
" Coordinate relocation service initiations and vendor engagement
" Monitor mobility requests and case status
" Maintain mobility tracking tools, dashboards, and documentation
" Assist employees and managers with mobility-related questions
Vendor & Program Support
" Track vendor service issues and follow through to resolution
" Monitor service-level commitments and case progress
" Document employee feedback and recurring trends
" Support data transfer, documentation, and process coordination activities
" Partner with HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, Legal, and external providers to ensure smooth case execution
Reporting & Compliance
" Maintain accurate mobility and immigration records
" Update case status reports and dashboards
" Monitor aging cases and identify potential risks
" Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality across all mobility processes
Required Qualifications:
" 2+ years of global mobility, immigration, HR operations, employee services, or related experience
" Immigration case management experience
" Experience supporting employee relocations
" Experience working with external vendors or legal counsel
" HR operations experience
" Experience with SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Smartsheets, or similar systems
" Experience supporting a global workforce
