Job Summary:This role focuses on managing the U.S. immigration and international transfer processes for employees. You will serve as a subject matter expert, partnering with various internal teams and external vendors to ensure a smooth and exceptional mobility experience. The position requires strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to complex immigration matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage U.S. immigration and international transfer cases from initiation to completion.
- Support the U.S. immigration program, including counsel liaison and document review.
- Address employee, candidate, and manager inquiries regarding immigration and relocation.
- Act as a knowledgeable resource on immigration and relocation policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve mobility processes and systems.
Must-Have Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of U.S. immigration experience, including H-1B Cap and PERM.
- Proficient knowledge of U.S. immigration regulations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
Domain / Industry Experience: Experience within a global technology company or other high-growth environment with significant employee mobility is preferred.
