Global Order to Cash Lead
6 Month Contract
Location: Home / London (onsite 2/3 days a week)
Rate: £650 - £800 per day

Skills: Order to Cash, Finance Transformation, NetSuite, Billing, Collections, Stakeholder Management

We are looking to recruit a Global Order to Cash Lead for a global software company. My client are undergoing a global finance transformation, centred around a NetSuite implementation.

This is an initial 6 month contract working 2 / 3 days a week onsite in Central London.

This role will take ownership of the end-to-end Order to Cash process, with a focus on defining and embedding a scalable global framework. The current environment is fragmented and inefficient, particularly across billing and cash collection, and requires a hands-on individual to drive meaningful change.

This is not a design-only role. You will be expected to operate as a "doer", working closely with finance and commercial teams to implement improvements, challenge existing processes and ensure adoption across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Define and implement a global Order to Cash framework across multiple regions
  • Identify process inefficiencies across billing, collections and cash application
  • Lead NetSuite process design and optimisation for Order to Cash
  • Drive improvements in cash collection and working capital performance
  • Work closely with Finance and Go-To-Market teams to align priorities
  • Influence stakeholders and drive adoption across global teams
  • Operate across international time zones, including APAC where required

Key experience:

  • Proven experience leading Order to Cash transformation within complex organisations
  • Strong understanding of billing, collections and revenue processes
  • Experience working on ERP implementations, ideally NetSuite
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and drive change without heavy support
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Hands-on approach with a focus on delivery and outcomes

This is a high-impact role requiring someone who can build the framework, implement change and bring stakeholders on the journey.
