Global Payroll Specialist

We're looking for a detail-driven and collaborative Global Payroll Specialist to join our Global Payroll Team and play a key role in processing accurate, compliant, and timely payroll across the US and Canada. As a Global Payroll Specialist at Sage, you'll be responsible for end-to-end multi-state payroll processing while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a great employee experience.

Location/Hybrid: This role will work in the office 3 days per week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays) from our Lawrenceville office and 2 days from home (Mondays, Fridays) 1715 N Brown Rd, Lawrenceville, GA 30043

Required Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of hands-on, high-volume multi-state U.S. payroll processing experience.
• Experience using an enterprise or high-volume payroll system and/or HRIS (such as ADP, SAP, Workday, UKG, Dayforce, Oracle HCM)
• Experience with Kronos or other time and attendance systems.
• Knowledge of payroll tax, year-end reporting, reconciliations, audits, and payroll corrections.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• High attention to detail with strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
• Clear and professional communication skills (verbal and written).
• You"re team-oriented and can provide examples of your effective collaboration skills

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience with SAP and/or ADP GlobalView.
• Canadian payroll experience
