Global Product Manager | Own & Scale a High-Growth Business Line

Join a global leader in temperature-controlled packaging and shipping solutions as they continue to invest in and grow their (Parcel) Packaging Solutions business.

This newly created, high-visibility role will own the development, launch, and growth of parcel products while partnering closely with commercial, engineering, operations, and supply chain teams. The position offers direct exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a key growth initiative for the business.

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy, development, and commercialization of parcel solutions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with engineering, operations, supply chain, and sales.
• Manage customer programs and support new product launches.
• Gather customer feedback and translate it into product improvements and new opportunities.
• Partner with commercial teams to drive customer adoption and market growth.
• Present recommendations, progress, and business updates to senior leadership.
• Manage multiple product initiatives and customer programs simultaneously

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Strong experience managing physical products (not software-only products).
• New product development and product launch experience.
• Exposure to operations, supply chain, and manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
