The Global Program Director will serve as the senior onsite leader overseeing a large-scale, enterprise global Managed Service Provider (MSP) program, driving strategy, execution, operations and continuous optimization across multiple regions. This role requires deep expertise in global workforce solutions, supplier ecosystems, invoicing operations and enterprise governance, with direct interaction with executive stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, HR, and Business Units.
What you'll do:
Serve as the primary global program owner, leading a complex MSP engagement spanning multiple geographies, business units, and supplier networks.
Drive global delivery and operations, including workforce planning, invoicing and financial approvals, supplier optimization, compliance, and program compliance
Partner with executive stakeholders (Procurement, Finance, HR, Talent Acquisition) to align MSP delivery with enterprise-wide workforce and financial strategies.
Lead end-to-end MSP operations, ensuring consistency and scalability across regions (NA, EMEA, APAC as applicable).
Establish and maintain global governance frameworks, including executive steering committees, QBRs, MBRs, and operational cadences.
Oversee and optimize processes and operational excellence, including workflow approvals, finance approvals, purchase order lifecycle, invoice approvals and error management, cost allocation and project funding.
Drive data-driven decision making, leveraging analytics, market intelligence, and benchmarking to evolve program strategy.
Identify and implement cost savings and cost avoidance strategies across geographies while maintaining service quality and compliance.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and global compliance requirements, including labor laws, co-employment risk, and regional regulations.
Lead transformation initiatives, including technology adoption (VMS, analytics platforms, AI-driven sourcing tools) and process standardization.
Provide leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams including Program Managers, Operations, Contracts, Analytics, and Supplier Management.
Act as escalation point for high-impact client and supplier issues, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder satisfaction.
Develop and maintain global process documentation, playbooks, and best practices.
What you need:
7-10+ years of experience in Workforce Solutions, MSP, RPO, Procurement, or Management Consulting, with significant Global MSP leadership experience.
Proven track record managing enterprise-level, multi-country MSP programs with complex stakeholder environments.
Deep expertise in global contingent workforce strategy, operations and delivery management, and VMS technologies (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.).
Strong understanding of regional labor laws, compliance, and risk mitigation within contingent workforce programs.
Demonstrated ability to design, sell, and execute global program strategies at scale.
Advanced data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable program improvements and executive-level narratives.
Exceptional executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and senior leadership (Director level and above)
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling); experience with BI tools is a plus.
Strong leadership capabilities with experience. managing distributed, cross-functional, and global teams.
Bachelors degree required; business-related field preferred.
