The Project Management team works as part of the Portfolio and Project Management function to help each customer area within Diagnostics track and manage their portfolio from a strategic vantage point. As part of the Project Management Chapter, the Global Project Manager conducts project/ART meetings and is responsible for the definition and implementation of project risk mitigating measures. Reports project goals (e.g, KPIs/OKRs) to enable teams and functions to measure and improve quality, efficiency and effectiveness. Recommends and takes action to analyze and find solutions to problems. <\/b>We rely on GPMs to maximize the impact of our annual R&D investment. In order to do this, the GPM has a 360° view into the organization and, with support from the broader Portfolio & Project Management organization, connects all data points & information into a neutral fact base to enable strategic discussions and decisions<\/b>. As a trusted advisor, translates and drives projects into products and enables the organization to use energy and time effectively and efficiently.<\/span><\/p>
