The Project Management team works as part of the Portfolio and Project Management function to help each customer area within Diagnostics track and manage their portfolio from a strategic vantage point. As part of the Project Management Chapter, the Global Project Manager conducts project/ART meetings and is responsible for the definition and implementation of project risk mitigating measures. Reports project goals (e.g, KPIs/OKRs) to enable teams and functions to measure and improve quality, efficiency and effectiveness. Recommends and takes action to analyze and find solutions to problems. <\/b>We rely on GPMs to maximize the impact of our annual R&D investment. In order to do this, the GPM has a 360° view into the organization and, with support from the broader Portfolio & Project Management organization, connects all data points & information into a neutral fact base to enable strategic discussions and decisions<\/b>. As a trusted advisor, translates and drives projects into products and enables the organization to use energy and time effectively and efficiently.<\/span><\/p>

Responsibilities:<\/span><\/u><\/b>
<\/p>

• Lead and coach SAFe practices, Agile Release Trains (ART), and PI planning to ensure alignment and successful delivery.<\/b><\/span>
  <\/b><\/span><\/li>
• Collaborate with VMO, PPM chapters, Network Leads, and partners to resolve delivery hurdles.<\/b><\/span>
  <\/b><\/span><\/li>
• Set up and manage ART/project structures including communication, timelines, resources, and budgets.<\/b><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans with dependencies and resource allocation.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Guide milestone and capacity review preparations; lead process improvement initiatives.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Apply and share project management best practices across teams for continuous improvement.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Provide transparent project/ART updates to support team and leadership decision -making.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Act as a trusted advisor on planning, risk management, scenario analysis, and critical path tracking.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and risks; propose solutions and escalate issues proactively.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Deliver accurate and timely project data to enable portfolio -level analysis and decisions.<\/span>

  Qualifications:<\/span><\/u><\/b>
  <\/p>

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or business related fields; higher level degree a plus.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Experience with Agile development practices and mindset<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • PMP Certification as well as SAFe Certification highly preferred<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Minimum 5 years project management experience in the diagnostic, medical device, pharmaceutical or biotech industry leading complex new, product development and product care projects or equivalent<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Demonstrated effective management of projects or ARTs<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Working knowledge of Planisware, G -Suite and know -how of project management tools such as Trello, LucidSpark/LucidChart, Smartsheet, Jira, AHA is preferred<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • 5% -15% travel involved<\/b><\/span><\/span>
