DescriptionThe Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two Directors on our Promotions & Events team in Seattle, Washington.This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Key role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, keeping close tabs on workback plans, and coordinating domestic & international travel. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
