Role Lead global SAP development strategy, standards, and integrations across S/4HANA, BTP, ABAP, Web Dynpro, and Fiori, including M&A integration work.
Core Responsibilities
Own SAP S/4HANA development, code quality, and technical standards.
Lead global dev + integration teams.
Evaluate SAP tech trends and recommend modern solutions.
Analyze cross functional requirements and optimize ERP performance.
Drive M&A system integrations.
Collaborate with functional leads to improve SAP and connected systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's in CS/IS (MBA preferred).
10+ years of SAP development across BTP, ABAP, Fiori, integrations, and enhancement frameworks.
Strong SAP architecture, problem solving, SDLC, and global stakeholder communication skills.
