Global Security Operations Center Program Manager

Scope of the role:

EA''s Global Physical Security and Resilience team helps protect our people, workplaces, operations, and business continuity across EA''s global footprint. We are looking for a GSOC Program Manager to support the strategy, governance, and performance of EA''s Global Security Operations Center program.

You will report to the Director, Global Security Operations and work with regional security teams, Workplace Experience, IT, HR, Finance, Legal, vendors, and other internal partners.

What You Will Do

  • You will manage GSOC programs, workflows, and service standards across multiple global locations.
  • You will develop GSOC governance, compliance procedures, performance metrics processes.
  • You will support staffing models, service coverage, vendor performance, and escalation processes to meet site specific and global operational needs.
  • You will use case management, access control, CCTV, mass notification, travel risk, and analytics tools to improve GSOC operations.
  • You will lead business case analysis, budget tracking, project planning, process improvement, and status reporting for assigned GSOC projects.
  • You will translate operational needs into clear requirements, workflows, and measurable goals.
  • You will build partnerships with our teams and external vendors to support,, and scalable GSOC services.

  • Industry best practices and metrics defining operational performance
  • Strategic planning and program management in the global security domain
  • Knowledge of cost estimating and fiscal management
  • Solid decision-making and judgment
  • Knowledge of 24/7 security monitoring processes, and applications to include Access Control and CCTV systems administration, use, and deployment
  • AI data and analytics software experience
  • Global travel risk and mass notifications systems
  • Electronic Case Management applications
  • Knowledge of current security technology and latest trends.

Experience

  • 3-5 years in a similar role leading a Security Operations Center within a multinational corporate security or general operations team
  • Experience with program management, planning, project execution, and partner coordination.
  • Knowledge of 24 hour security monitoring operations, access control, CCTV, incident escalation, case management, mass notification, travel risk, and security technology platforms.
  • Experience working across global teams, vendors, and partners.
  • Budget tracking, cost estimating, metrics and analytics experience.

Education

  • Bachelor''s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Corporate security, public safety, military, law enforcement, intelligence, or risk management experience.
  • ASIS affiliation or relevant security certification.
  • Experience with AI enabled analytics, automation, or data-driven security operations.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).

PAY RANGES

  • California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. San Francisco) *$127,700 - $190,600 USD

Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.

In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
