Job SummaryThe Global Senior EHS Manager is responsible for leading and advancing IPGs Environment Health and Safety EHS programs across global operations with a specialized focus on laser safety cleanroom protocols and high-tech manufacturing environments. This strategic leadership role ensures compliance with U.S. and international regulations promotes a strong safety culture and implements industry-leading practices for cleanroom environments and Class 3B4 laser systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign implement and standardize global EHS programs focused on laser safety ANSI Z136 standards chemical handling and cleanroom operations ISO 14644.Serve as the companys Laser Safety Officer LSO or oversee site LSOs ensuring compliance with ANSI OSHA and IEC laser safety standards.Drive global EHS compliance and performance improvement across all manufacturing R&D and cleanroom operations.Lead internal audits risk assessments job hazard analyses JHAs and incident investigations with a focus on high-risk areas including lasers compressed gases and hazardous materials.Partner with Engineering Facilities and Operations to ensure process changes consider safety ergonomic and cleanroom impacts.Implement and manage cleanroom contamination control programs including gowning protocols particulate monitoring and procedural adherence.Train employees and management teams on EHS and laser safety best practices across all levels of the organization.Monitor and report on EHS performance indicators and regulatory compliance status to executive leadership.Guide global EHS team members and site-level EHS professionals fostering alignment and capability building.Ensure environmental compliance including air permits waste handling and hazardous material reporting.Collaborate cross-functionally to support corporate sustainability goals and cleanroom energy efficiency initiatives.
