Why Hologic:

Hologic empowers people to live healthier lives everywhere, every day. We are the leading Innovator in women's health, helping healthcare professionals around the world diagnose and treat their patients with precision, certainty and confidence.

What to expect:

As our Indirect Procurement Analyst, you'll be the strategic mind behind how we source and manage the goods and services that keep our business running-outside of direct production. Your analysis will uncover cost-saving opportunities, strengthen supplier relationships, and ensure we're investing in solutions that drive innovation and efficiency. You won't just crunch numbers-you'll influence decisions that shape our operational success and sustainability. This role supports multiple indirect spend categories rather than being limited to a single dedicated category.

What we expect:

  • Analyze company-wide spend data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization
  • Partner with category managers to develop sourcing strategies for areas such as facilities, capital, and lab equipment and services
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track supplier performance, contract compliance, and savings initiatives
  • Support RFPs, RFQs, and supplier negotiations with data-driven insights and market research
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to align procurement strategies with budget goals and business priorities
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging suppliers, and innovative procurement technologies to keep our sourcing competitive
  • Coordinate and track progress of sourcing and procurement projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met
  • Drive process improvements in procurement workflows, from requisition to payment, ensuring efficiency and compliance
  • Strong analytical and project management skills including financial modeling
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic, ownership mentality, and follow-through on commitments
  • A knack for translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings clearly, and influence stakeholders.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • High level of personal accountability and reliability in meeting deadlines and managing workload
  • Comfortable asking questions and seeking direction or clarification when requirements are ambiguous
  • Knowledge of sourcing best practices, contract management, and supplier evaluation

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required in Business or related field. Master's Degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related analytical role-preferably in indirect categories.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP and/or other procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa).
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.

Travel:

  • Up to 5% travel
  • Hybrid work schedule, a minimum of 4 days in office

The annualized base salary range for this role is $66,000 to $99,500 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand..
