Global Sourcing Consultant
Duration: 6 Month Contract
Location: NY, MA, Jersey City, NJ; Hybrid Schedule

Contractor Position:
This role reports will be a key member of the Global Sourcing & Procurement Services team and will bring a proven track-record supporting successful, complex projects and programs, with a keen eye towards effective stakeholder management, effective reporting capabilities, strong communications and partnering skill with a focus on efficiency and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Project coordination and day to day support for Global Sourcing & Procurement Services
  • Support the successful design of the target state operating models for any divestitures and/or acquisitions.
  • Aggregation & consolidation of data requirements for project deliverables
  • Manage and maintain organization of SharePoint site & database for project deliverables
  • Create, manage, and maintain project reports for cross-functional team & executive leadership
  • Support category and vendor scorecard development and communication.
  • Support miscellaneous administrative tasks for projects, as required.
Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to navigate through an organization to "get things done”
  • Data driven and oriented, with ability to focus on key elements that drive difference.
  • Collaborate and influence cross-functionally with both internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, to drive change and deliver on Transformation and Continuous Improvement vision and objectives.
  • Metric oriented, with a track record of delivering value add solutions, data driven decision maker who utilizes data to direct decision making.
  • Advanced Microsoft PPT (visualize key for executive reporting) & Excel (pivot tables)
  • Must be proactive in managing issues by anticipating the outcome of the process and ensuring all necessary steps have been taken.
  • Ability to analyze data, determine root cause, and provide and/or develop an appropriate solution for resolution.
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification a plus.
  • BA/BS degree required
