Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of the contact center supplier marketplace and identify industry trends, risks, and sourcing opportunities.
Conduct supplier financial assessments, spend analysis, benchmarking, and cost modeling to support strategic procurement decisions.
Lead supplier negotiations and drive optimal commercial outcomes while evaluating direct labor, indirect labor, overhead, and SG&A cost structures.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure business objectives, sourcing strategies, and operational goals are achieved.
Identify potential supply risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
Perform capacity planning and scenario analysis to optimize supplier performance and drive efficiencies.
Present sourcing recommendations and findings to leadership teams and key stakeholders.
Support ongoing development of sourcing processes, reporting, escalation procedures, and program governance.
Requirements
Experience in Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Operations, or a related field.
Strong supplier management and vendor relationship experience.
Proven success leading contract and commercial negotiations.
Strong analytical, financial analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to influence stakeholders and build effective cross-functional partnerships.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience identifying and resolving complex supplier and supply chain challenges.

Experience supporting contact center, call center, BPO, or outsourced services categories.
End-to-end ownership of commercial and legal contract negotiations.
Experience with supplier financial analysis and risk assessments.

Experience driving large-scale sourcing programs and strategic supplier initiatives.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field preferred
