Job Title: Global Sourcing & Supply Manager

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Introduction

Our client is seeking a professional to assist with strategic planning, long-term deal structuring, and negotiations. This role involves collaboration with procurement, engineering, finance, legal teams, and third-party suppliers. The position requires strong quantitative and analytical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7 years of relevant experience in Operations, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Supply Chain, or a related area
• BS/BA in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Proficiency with cost analysis and/or data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar)
• Adept at managing competing priorities and solving complex problems with composure and rigor under deadline pressure
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA preferred
• Experience working in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
• A tenacity, passion, and demonstrated skill in negotiations

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop a nuanced understanding of the commodity landscape to forecast industry trends and gauge emerging competitive forces
• Perform supplier financial research, spend analysis, and ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic procurement deals
• Collaborate across the client organization to ensure business objectives are met, including communicating findings to senior leaders
