Global Supply Manager II

Location: Cupertino, CA or Austin, TX (Onsite/Hybrid)

Join an innovative team as a Procurement and Supply Chain Professional within the Capex GSSM team. This role involves determining sourcing strategies, negotiating optimal terms, and managing vendor relationships to ensure the best total cost of ownership and timely delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced procurement and supply chain environment
• Only looking for candidates with 3 to 7 years of experience. 
• Knowledge in global supplier development and management in a multinational environment
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Experience and talent in negotiation
• Ability to handle sudden setbacks in a dynamic environment
• Ability to make quick decisions with 80% information
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA
• Experience in cost and scenario analysis
• Ability to build should-cost models for pricing optimization

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Negotiate optimal terms for sourcing with suppliers, balancing cost, volume, and quality
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and global supply management teams to meet business objectives
• Optimize supply chain performance through analysis and benchmarking
• Assess and mitigate risks to the business and manage global supply chain disruptions
