Our client, a global provider of higher education, is looking to bring on a tax consultant to help them meet compliance deadlines. The team is looking for a tax professional who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact. This is a remote project that is expected to last 4-6 weeks.
Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation of the international tax compliance (to include 5471s and 8858s)
Assist with the preparation of state income tax returns
Assist with the completion of the Federal 1120
Requirements
Strong global tax compliance preparation experience required
