A PhD and 10 years of experience or 15 years of lab and technical experience in a global development and manufacturing environment in the chemical polymer or related industries. QA and Lab experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of technology process scaling process safety and quality assurance practices. Experience with OPEX digitization and sustainability projects. Proven ability to perform on a cross-functional team and cultivate a collaborative customer-centric atmosphere. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information Strong analytical skills with a practical approach to troubleshooting and process improvement.
