JLL is seeking a visionary GlobalTechnologyIndustry Leader to spearhead our Project & Development Services division's strategic expansion in theTechnologysector. This pivotal executive role will drive market penetration, revenue growth, and service innovation across our globalWork Dynamic accountswhileensuring we are mitigating risk, achieving operationalexcellenceandelevating our value propositionwithTechnologycompanies. Strategic Leadership & Organizational Influence

Architect and execute a comprehensive global strategy that positions JLL as the preeminent project delivery partner forTechnology clientsworldwidein close partnership with the Division President, Managing Directors, AccountLeadershipand internal stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience

Advanced degree in business, finance, architecture,engineeringor related field, with specialized knowledge ofTechnology critical environmentsoperations

15+ years of progressive leadership experience with demonstrableexpertiseinTechnologyreal estate strategy and implementation

Proventrack recordof cultivating and expanding enterprise relationships with globalTechnologycompanies

Sophisticated understanding of how physical environmentimpactsoperational performance, regulatory compliance, and talent strategies

Extensive global network acrossTechnologyreal estate and facilities leadership

Demonstrated mastery of project governance methodologies, with Six Sigma and PMP certifications consideredadvantageous

This transformational leadership role offers the opportunity to shape JLL's globalstrategywhile delivering measurable impact for the world's leadingTechnologycompanies.

Estimated compensation for this position:

260,669.00 - 350,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
