Global Trade & Working Capital Loans Product Senior Lead - SVP

Citi is looking for a Global Trade & Working Capital Loans Product Senior Lead to drive the strategy and execution of Trade Loans digitization & Product initiatives across a high-growth, global business operating in over 100 countries. Sitting within Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS), this senior role shapes the direction of working capital products and data capabilities that directly impact clients across Banking, Capital Markets, and Commercial Banking segments. You will partner with Trade Lines of Business across global clusters to deliver meaningful product outcomes at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead global rollout strategy of eLoans (Citi's digital lending platform), coordinating with regional teams to accelerate adoption and ensure consistency across markets.
• Manage NAM Product strategy and day-to-day coordination of Trade & Working Capital Loans product activities, ensuring revenue targets are met and delivery is aligned with business priorities and executed within defined timelines.
• Drive eLoans commercialization initiatives partnering with Sales & global cluster product teams, establishing clear governance and KPI targets.
• Partner with product data lead to identify trends and equip Product and Sales teams with the decision-making tools they need for eLoans & NAM assets ramp up.
• Identify risks related to Trade Loans BOW that could affect project delivery, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate status, issues, and risk positions to senior stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.
• Lead digital onboarding global implementation for Trade Loans.
• Develop and execute client value propositions, product positioning, and competitive differentiation strategies to strengthen Citi's standing as a preferred partner to clients.
• Build and sustain effective working relationships with key stakeholders across product, sales, operations, technology, and senior leadership to support aligned and efficient delivery for Trade Loan initiatives.

Required qualifications & skills

• Ten or more years of experience in product management within a complex, global organization. Tech API/ERP/Project Management skills preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead data-driven product initiatives end-to-end, from planning through to delivery, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on experience working with diverse stakeholders, specially with Product & Sales to achieve commercialization targets.
• Ability to identify, assess, and resolve risks that affect project or product delivery, applying sound judgement to prioritize and escalate appropriately.
• Clear and confident communicator with the ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with senior stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

Beneficial skills & qualifications

• Background in Trade Finance products, Sales, Technology, or structuring within a financial services environment.
• Familiarity with Tech Project Management in Banking.
• Strong Product Management skills.
• Track record of successful commercialization strategies.
• Master's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or Data Science.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$163,600.00 - $245,400.00
