Basic Function

As the Global Training Specialist at Imricor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our educational initiatives across the globe. This position is designed for an innovative leader who is passionate about developing and facilitating training programs that empower our sales teams and set a strong foundation for our customers to safely and confidently use our products to perform interventional cardiac ablations in a magnetic resonance (MR) environment. This position is responsible for complying with the Quality System requirements and carrying out responsibilities outlined in the environmental, health, and safety policies.

Location: Must be able to work in Burnsville, MN location

Compensation: The expected salary for this Minnesota-based position is between $125,000-$180,000. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's knowledge, skills, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental, Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, and Retirement Benefits). Expected travel for this role is 20%.

Leads the strategy, innovation, and global execution of Imricor educational and engagement programs.

Designs and implements sales training program(s) to ensure expertise in product use and clinical workflows.

Designs and executes customer onboarding training plan, confirming all training objectives are met.

Assists with marketing in the development of new product training and ongoing clinical training.

Identifies training gaps and owns the development of new content.

Supports initiatives such as speaker programs, advisory boards, and product feedback sessions in partnership with Sales, Clinical, and Marketing.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, training or relevant discipline.

7+ years of marketing, sales, clinical, and/or training experience required. MedTech industry preferred. 2 years of electrophysiology experience strongly preferred.

Ability to communicate complex scientific and medical information clearly.

Comfortable facilitating training and discussions with sales team members and clinicians.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
