Global Treasury & Payments Advisor II

Overview

This is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office.

This role is responsible for relationship management and proposal development and serves as a bridge between foundational execution and strategic advisory services to drive client growth and treasury/payment products adoptions.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Client Advisory and Relationship Management - Determine profitability of existing and prospective banking relationships and direct sales efforts accordingly. Conduct sales efforts and annual relationship reviews with clients. Participate in pre-bid conferences, fact-gathering analysis, and follow-up calls to identify client needs and solicit new revenue. Translate client needs and market insights into actionable treasury and payments strategies in partnership with senior advisors.

Product Expertise and Support - Educate clients and commercial relationship managers on Treasury Services concepts, products, features, and benefits. Serve as a general resource for associates through product and services knowledge. Coordinate, supervise, and implement the setup of sales closings for clients. Act as a trusted resource for clients, supporting mid-sized client portfolios and delivering tailored recommendations, under the guidance of senior advisors.

Proposal Development and Business Growth - Prepare and present formal written proposals for prospective commercial relationships based on needs. Mine for prospective cross-selling opportunities from the Bank''s customer databases. Develop strategies to expand existing client relationships and acquire new business. Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, risk, compliance, etc.) to ensure integrated delivery of treasury solutions and regulatory adherence.

Market Analysis and Reporting - Stay abreast of emerging market trends, technologies, and regulatory changes impacting treasury and payments strategies; apply insights to improve client outcomes. Prepare reports on product performance and client utilization of services. Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting treasury operations and payment systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor''s Degree and 2 years'' in Treasury OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 6 years'' experience in Treasury

The base pay for this position is generally between $108,000.00 and $145,000.00. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
