Job Details

Based in Irvine, CA and reporting directly to the CFO, you will own all financial planning and analysis for the company, from annual budgeting and long-range planning to M&A support and executive decision-making.

Responsibilities
  • Own the annual planning and forecasting processes end to end, including the calendar, deliverables, planning system, and accountability across operations and budget owners
  • Administer and maintain the company's planning and reporting system, Workday Adaptive
  • Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the CEO, CFO, and executive leadership, providing financial insights and supporting capital allocation decisions
  • Lead corporate overhead expense budgeting in partnership with the C-suite, applying zero-based budgeting where appropriate
  • Drive M&A financial due diligence, valuation, operational modeling, post-close integration, and post-acquisition performance reviews
  • Support investor relations with external reporting, investor presentations, quarterly earnings, and KPI definitions
  • Act as the primary finance business partner for corporate functions including sales, marketing, IT, safety, and legal
  • Own bank covenant compliance reporting and forecasting, including working capital, cash tax, interest, and EBITDA adjustments
  • Identify and present profitability drivers and KPIs that signal trends in business performance and overall financial condition
  • Partner with accounting to ensure month-end accuracy, including review and documentation of EBITDA adjustments
  • Lead annual incentive plan and sales commission structures, including accrual calculations
  • Scale the finance organization, driving process improvement and cost optimization while training and mentoring the team

Qualifications:
  • 15 or more years of finance and accounting experience, including 10 or more years in FP&A and at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance
  • Public company experience in a multi-national organization, with a track record of influencing senior operational leaders and cross-functional partners
  • Experience with M&A financial modeling, diligence, and integration
  • Experience leading system integration and process automation initiatives, including system configuration, report building, and data model management
  • Proficiency with ERPs, data visualization tools, and building queries for financial planning and analysis
  • Prior experience interfacing with C-suite executives and Boards of Directors
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to distill complex concepts for non-financial audiences
  • MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus
  • Deep understanding of US GAAP is a plus
