The TEMP Analyst - Port Operations Support role will conduct simple manual data extractions and populate a spreadsheet to collect business critical information for Internal Damage analysis. The secondary role will be assisting the AP team with simple AP processing.
Manual Data Entry:
Gather incident reports according to a list provided
Identify requested information and populate into a consolidating spreadsheet
AP Processing Support:
Monitor Accounts Payable aging and ensure timely payment processing
Process manual invoices, audit, and reconcile backup data to ensure billing accuracy and processing efficiency
