    Description

    The TEMP HR Coordinator - Data & Shared Services provides centralized support across HR functions with a focus on HR data integrity, reporting, process auditing, and transactional support. This role ensures accurate and timely updates within HR systems, assists with data audits and compliance-related reporting, and supports HR Shared Services workflows such as employee changes and document management. The HR Coordinator works closely with Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and site HR teams to ensure consistent application of HR policies and data standards.

    • Enter, maintain, and audit employee data in the HRIS to ensure accuracy and consistency
    • Run recurring and ad hoc reports for internal stakeholders
    • Conduct regular (Weekly, Monthly) data audits to ensure compliance with HR policies, regulatory requirements, and data governance standards
    • Support data cleanup, system updates, and testing related to HRIS enhancements or process changes
    • Process employee lifecycle transactions (new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, and job changes)
    • Respond to inquiries from managers and employees regarding HR processes, systems, and general policy questions
    • Coordinate with Payroll to ensure data accuracy for payroll processing
    • Assist with HR audits year-end processes, and compliance reporting (ex. EEO, I9, ACA if applicable)
    • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
    • Assist in standardizing HR forms, workflows, and documentation across all locations
    • Assist with dashboard updates (Ex. headcount reporting, labor metrics, HR analytics)
    • Provide backup support by answering general HRIS, Payroll, and benefits inquiries as needed
    • Support HR projects and initiatives
