This role is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by ensuring equipment is properly set up, maintained, and operating efficiently to meet production, quality, and safety standards. The position plays a key role in troubleshooting equipment issues, assisting with changeovers, maintaining accurate production records, and promoting a clean and organized work environment.

Job Requirement
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, or trade school preferred
Experience: 3+ years of equivalent experience or experience multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment with 6+ months of machine operator experience; experience in paper packaging manufacturing preferred
Other Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
· Proficiency in the use of hand tools and the ability to operate them effectively.
Able to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, internal quality procedures, and machine operating procedures.
Able to communicate production issues to supervisors and others in work area.
Basic mathematics (i.e. counting).
