Our Gluer Operators set up and operate folder-gluer machines to produce high-quality cartons, ensuring product conformance and meeting quotas.
Key responsibilities include setting up machines, feeding materials, troubleshooting, making adjustments, performing maintenance, and following work instructions.
Ideal candidates are detail-oriented with strong mechanical skills, able to lift up to 50 pounds, work in a fast-paced environment, and communicate effectively. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.

This role involves working 2nd shift (2pm-10pm) with some overtime and training on 1st shift.
