GLX Product Trainer

Location: Palmdale, California (On-site)
Employment Type: Contract

Role Overview

Our organization is seeking a Trainer to design and administer computer applications training programs. This role involves developingtraining materials, including visual aids, and delivering instruction to personnel at all levels. The position requires coordinating class arrangements, conducting training classes, and developing criteria for evaluating training effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and administer computer applications training programs and visual aids.
  • Develop training tests and evaluate trainee work to measure effectiveness.
  • Coordinate class arrangements and conduct training sessions.
  • Develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Stay current with information technology training needs, trends, methods, and materials.
  • Create content within the global learning exchange (GLX) system.
  • Develop iSpring content tests, visuals, voice-overs, and certification generation.
Required Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years of experience with the GLX (global learning exchange) system.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience with iSpring is a plus.
Work Shift

This position follows a 4/10 schedule, Monday through Thursday.
