In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for GM techs and retail customers seeking parts, providing expert guidance and exceptional service to ensure a seamless parts purchasing experience. Your thorough understanding of GM products and strong customer service skills will contribute significantly to the dealership’s success and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in locating and purchasing the correct GM auto parts and accessories.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on parts compatibility and functionality.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely parts availability.
- Collaborate with service technicians, sales staff, and suppliers to fulfill parts orders efficiently.
- Handle parts returns, warranty claims, and exchanges according to company policy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly parts counter area.
- Check in parts and deliver them when needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a similar role, preferably with GM products.
