We’re hiring an experienced GM Automotive Service Technician to join our service team in Washington, PA.

Earn up to $40 per flat-rate hour, based on experience and qualifications. We also offer a signing bonus for qualified technicians.

What You’ll Do

• Perform maintenance and repairs according to repair orders and dealership procedures
• Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, HVAC, and other vehicle systems
• Use diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment to identify vehicle concerns
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems to verify repairs
• Complete repairs efficiently and accurately according to GM and dealership specifications
• Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer procedures
• Communicate with Service Advisors regarding additional recommended repairs and estimated completion times
• Accurately document completed repairs and services
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Stay current on manufacturer repair procedures, technical information, and training

What We’re Looking For

• Strong professional automotive repair and diagnostic experience
• GM dealership or GM vehicle experience preferred
• ASE certifications required
• Current PA State Inspection and Emissions licenses required
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen
