What You'll Do

As a Bumper-to-Bumper Technician, you'll handle a wide range of automotive repairs and diagnostics, including:

• Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections and diagnostics
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues
• Perform maintenance and bumper-to-bumper repairs
• Work on engines, transmissions, suspension, steering, brakes, HVAC, and electrical systems
• Diagnose advanced drivability concerns
• Perform EV and diesel repairs when applicable
• Complete multi-point inspections and digital vehicle inspections
• Follow OEM repair procedures and safety standards
• Accurately document repairs and maintain quality and efficiency standards

What We're Looking For

We're looking for technicians who take pride in their work and know how to diagnose, repair, and get the job done right.

Required:

• 4+ years of automotive technician experience
• 3-5 years of dealership experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to produce consistent flagged hours
• Own professional tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Preferred:

• GM dealership experience
• ASE certifications
• EV experience
• Diesel experience
• CDK experience
• Xtime experience
