C. Harper Chevrolet East is looking for an experienced GM Certified Automotive Technician ready to join one of Southwestern Pennsylvania's established, family-owned automotive groups.

PAY: $35 $45 PER HOUR - BASED ON EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATION

PLUS A $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS FOR EXPERIENCED TECHNICIANS
50% paid upon hire and the remaining 50% paid after 90 days.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Diagnose, maintain and repair GM vehicles

• Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently

• Diagnose engine, transmission and electrical concerns

• Service steering, suspension, brake and air-conditioning systems

• Utilize modern electronic diagnostic equipment

• Perform road tests and vehicle inspections

• Communicate recommended repairs and additional services with Service Advisors

• Perform warranty repairs according to GM manufacturer standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• GM certification

• 2+ years of automotive service technician experience preferred

• Pennsylvania state inspection and emissions licenses

• Strong B-level or higher diagnostic capabilities

• Electrical and engine diagnostic experience

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to use electronic diagnostic equipment

• Valid driver's license

• Professional attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
