Job Description

Ancira Partners Chevrolet GMC Cuero, Texas is hiring Experienced Automotive Mechanics and GM Certified Technicians to join our busy Service Team. We’ve got work for you!

PAY: $20 - $65 per flag hour depending on certifications and experience. Production Bonus Available!

Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicle concerns accurately and efficiently
• Perform repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards
• Complete warranty and customer-pay repair orders with quality and efficiency
• Communicate repair needs clearly with Service Advisors and management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety, compliance, and environmental procedures
• Stay current with manufacturer training and technical updates
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality expectations

Qualifications

• ASE and/or GM Certification preferred (not required)
• Proven experience as an automotive mechanic or technician
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Quality-focused with attention to detail
• Coachable, team-oriented, and dependable
• Favorable driving record and ability to meet insurability requirements
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Drug-free workplace (random drug testing)
