- Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on General Motors vehicles.
- Utilize OEM tools, technology, and service information to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide expert-level support and guidance to junior technicians.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and professionalism.
- Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Stay current with GM training and certification requirements.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Requirements
- GM Master Technician certification is required.
- Minimum of 3 years experience working on General Motors vehicles.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
