We are seeking a dynamic and strategic sales leader to drive growth and end-user satisfaction across our counterbalance product line in the North and South American markets. This individual will play a critical role in shaping sales strategies, guiding regional teams, and strengthening customer and retail partnerships to maximize market success.

Job Duties

• Promote growth and enhance end-user satisfaction in Company's counterbalance products.
• Establish and prioritize goals, objectives, and procedures for all sales activities across the Americas.
• Lead, support, and oversee Regional Managers of Counterbalance Sales.
• Drive retail focus and customer visits to maximize effectiveness and ensure strong brand presence.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and increase profitability.
• Build new accounts while developing strategies to maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships.
• Monitor and improve profit margins through effective pricing, sales tactics, and market positioning.
• Provide valuable insights on competitive activity and product development opportunities.
• Ensure retail partners are trained, equipped, and focused on selling the proper counterbalance products to customers.

Minimum Qualifications

• 8-15 years related experience
• Bachelor's degree (Sales or Business)
• Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
• Extensive travel (over 20%)
• Extensive overnight stays (over 20%)
• Job requires an employee to drive a personal vehicle to conduct company business <20% per week (8 hours) and/or travel locally between company locations during scheduled workday.
• Per 8-hour shift. Sit 8 hours and stand 0 hours. Typical office environment (low noise level, limited exposure hot/cold temperatures, dust, fumes, and vibrations). Regular interaction with others and performs a degree of independent work. Physical and mental demands are akin to the majority of office positions with prolonged periods of sitting and prolonged use of a computer/keyboard. Infrequent lifting, walking and climbing stairs. Occasional use of office equipment (copiers, printers, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

• Eight years of prior field sales experience.
• Detailed understanding of Company's sales operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
