Seeking a dynamic, hospitality-driven General Manager to lead their high-volume, upscale-casual restaurant in Ardmore, PA.

About The Role:

As the General Manager in Ardmore, PA, you will have full ownership of front-of-house operations, team culture, guest experience, and financial performance. You will lead a large team, set the standard for hospitality, and drive the restaurant to new levels of success in the heart of Suburban Square.

Key Responsibilities for the General Manager:

• Lead, hire, train, and inspire all FOH management and hourly team members
• Own the guest experience - ensure every guest receives warm, authentic, and memorable hospitality
• Drive sales and manage P&L, including labor, inventory, COGS, and controllable expenses
• Maintain exceptional standards for food quality, beverage program, cleanliness, and safety
• Partner with the Executive Chef and culinary team to ensure seamless FOH/BOH execution
• Build relationships within the Ardmore, PA community and drive local marketing and private dining sales
• Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations

Qualifications for the General Manager Position:

• 3+ years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, full-service, polished casual or upscale-casual restaurant ($5M+ volume preferred)
• Strong financial acumen with proven experience managing labor, food cost, and profitability
• A true hospitality leader - visible on the floor, hands-on, and passionate about developing people
• Experience with tequila/margarita-focused beverage programs and Mexican cuisine is a plus, but not required
• Must be open to nights, weekends, and holidays

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary of $80-90k depending on experience, plus bonus potential
